The agreement

These terms cover the DIPIAN website at dipian.robinren.me. The operator is Robin Ren, an individual. Contact: hello@robinren.me.

By signing in or developing, you accept these terms.

The service

You put in 1–4 frames you shot of the same take. The first frame is the take. We develop one print: a better camera position of that take.

Not text-to-image. Not a different identity, place, or product. One develop, one print.

Acceptable use

You must own the photos, or have the right to use them. No images you do not own.

Do not use DIPIAN to generate NSFW, pornographic, or sexually suggestive images.

No face-swap, deepfake, or identity deception. Do not put someone else's face on another body, or pretend the print is a photograph of a person who was not in the scene.

We may refuse or drop a develop that breaks this. We may close an account that keeps breaking it.

Film and price

DIPIAN charges per develop. How many shots you put in does not change the price. One develop uses one frame of film.

Rolls on the site: 10 develops for $3.99; 25 for $7.99; 60 for $14.99.

Buy a roll when frames run out. A campaign code may add frames. Signing up does not.

Failed bath

If the bath fails, the frame comes back. That develop is not spent.

Payments

Web checkout goes through Creem, the Merchant of Record. Creem handles the payment, invoices, and payment-related taxes. After Creem confirms, we credit the roll to your account.
